2011 | New management team

In 2011, Centralis were joined by a new management team from AIB.

2011 – 2015 | Global office expansion

Between 2011 and 2015, Centralis opened new offices in Hungary, Switzerland, Ireland, the United States, the Netherlands, Grand Cayman and the United Kingdom.

2018 – 2021 | CBPE Capital partnership

CBPE Capital supports Centralis to continue our global expansion. New offices are opened in Barbados and Uruguay.

2022 – 2024 | Acquisitions and growth

In 2022, Centralis acquired Vandenbulke Corporate Finance and Tax Lawyers, Wheelhouse Advisors and Danesmead Ltd. to expand our in-house service offering to our clients. This was continued in 2023 with the acquisition of Ferris Group, and in 2024 with YLP Group. We also opened our Spanish office and acquired Oakford Advisors and Admina Fund Services, allowing us to further expand our reach with a new office in Guernsey.

2025 | HGGC investment partner

HGGC, a values-driven, partnership-focused middle-market private equity firm, is named as Centralis new investment partner, further supporting our continued global growth.
