Career Opportunity:

We are currently recruiting a Commercial and Business Analyst for our Dublin office. This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic and growing organisation and be at the heart of the growth strategy. The successful candidate will work closely with the Chief Commercial Officer and reporting into the finance team, you will be responsible to develop the management reporting packs and analysis to support both commercial and business analytics. The successful candidate will demonstrate an eagerness to learn and have a flexible approach to their work.

You will have the following responsibilities:

• Analyse trends in customer data (cohort/type analysis), new sales efforts across geographies channels
• Provide insightful analysis supporting business decision making around pricing impacts / GTM initiatives including marketing optimization;
• Perform competitor and market analysis on addressable markets globally
• Analyse granular / complex data sets linked to potential acquisitions
• Work with FP&A, Data/ Analytics and Finance teams on KPIs and scenario planning in relation to certain initiatives / transactions

Your skills:

• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent in accounting or business management 
• Minimum 3 years of experience in pricing strategies and market research at financial services 
• Strong knowledge of Excel, Power BI and data analytics
• Excellent communication skills in English and being able to translate data into impactful business insights
• Strong analytical, problem-solving & organisational skills
• Discretion and ability to deal with confidential and sensitive information 
• Strong motivation to work in a fast growing, dynamic and challenging environment
• Assist new acquisitions onboard working with finance and the new acquired business to get them set up in capsule and manage reporting from CRM
