Elizabeth Fitzgibbons joined Centralis Group in March 2023 as our Global CCO. She is a seasoned commercial leader with more than 20 years of experience across the financial services industry, spanning wealth management, treasury services, issuer services, capital markets, asset servicing, and asset management. Her expertise across both buy and sell sides, combined with her strong business and commercial acumen, has been pivotal in her career success. In her role at Centralis, Elizabeth has strategic oversight of the company’s revenue acceleration growth strategy, encompassing global business development, sales leadership, and marketing. She is a member of the Executive Committee and reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer, playing a key role in driving long-term growth and strategic alignment.
Elizabeth is highly experienced in fostering corporate strategic alignment in post-merger environments, successfully creating unified go-to-market strategies to accelerate revenue and growth from existing and newly combined client bases. Her focus is on building high-performing teams, driving cross-sell initiatives, and implementing strategic expansion plans, all of which underscore her ability to deliver profitability and corporate success. Prior to her role at Centralis, Elizabeth held various senior roles at leading financial services firms. She has a proven track record in delivering organic and inorganic growth which solidifies her reputation as a results-oriented and influential leader in the financial services sector.
