Miroslav has extensive experience in performing a range of risk management, conducting officer and directorship services to real estate and private equity clients, many of which are under the supervision of the CSSF. He also has an in-depth experience in accounting, financial reporting, consolidation, auditing, due diligence, GAAP conversion and NAV calculation.
At Centralis Group, he works primarily on consolidation, reporting and advisory mandates and is engaged in directorships of real estate investment structures.
Prior to working at Centralis Group and Ferris AMC, Miroslav gained over 15 years of experience within the financial service industry. He worked for 12 years for Ernst & Young in New York and Luxembourg and 3 years for Citco Luxembourg, 7 years of which in a senior management position. The majority of his experience is working with some of the most prominent private equity and real estate fund managers based in New York and Luxembourg.
