Kaltrine Lamarre is an experienced Senior Legal Counsel with a comprehensive background in financial services and international law.
With over 20 years of expertise prior to joining Centralis Group, Kaltrine acted as the lead counsel for a large bank in all Luxembourg related matters. She was heavily involved in the restructuring of the legal entities of the firm following Brexit as well as the negotiation and execution of a large fund administration business acquisition by the bank in Luxembourg.
A dynamic contributor as a member of key committees, Kaltrine held high influence in the Luxembourg Bankers’ Association, actively shaping regulatory matters.
