We are currently recruiting an Officer Manager for our Dublin office. The successful candidate will demonstrate an eagerness to learn and have a flexible approach to their work.
Within a team, you will have the following responsibilities:
- Organise reception duties such as meeting and greeting visitors, telephone calls and couriers.
- Manage meeting room allocation and ensure meeting rooms are always arranged and presentable.
- Oversee the day-to-day running of the office space.
- Ensure maintenance of office equipment.
- Interaction with building management / contractors.
- Manage the production of meeting materials.
- Deal with order supplies and manage office suppliers or services providers.
- Assist with organising internal events.
- Organising travel arrangement for clients and employees.
- Assist with organising internal events.
Your skills:
- Minimum of 3 – 5 years’ experience in professional or financial services.
- Excellent level of English.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- Ability to be pro-active and anticipate the needs of others.
- Superior organisational skills with demonstrated ability to prioritise and multi-task .
- Detail oriented with strong follow up skills.
- Valid work permit for the UK.
