Career Opportunity:
We are currently recruiting a General Ledger Accountant for our Budapest office. The successful candidate will demonstrate an eagerness to learn and have a flexible approach to their work.
You will have the following responsibilities:
- Processing invoices (both sales and purchases), bank statements, payroll data of clients in different jurisdictions (Luxembourg, The Netherlands and Switzerland)
- Preparation of periodic payment runs
- Monitoring client accounts payable mailboxes daily
- Bookkeeping and reconciliation of the accounts
- Any ad-hoc items required by the team
- Work closely with other Centralis offices
- Reports to a Manager in Budapest
Your skills:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Proven track record of accounts payable/receivable
- Bookkeeping skills
- Experience in Microsoft Officer (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience of accounting systems
- Strong organisational skills
- Strong motivation to work in a fast growing, dynamic and challenging environment
- Valid work permit for Hungary
