With customary closing conditions having now been met & regulatory permissions received, Centralis has now completed the acquisition of Wheelhouse Advisors in line with the initial announcement made earlier this year.

Wheelhouse Advisors is a specialist outsourced provider of prudential management, regulatory reporting and accounting, tax and human resources consultancy services.

This latest acquisition advances Centralis’ strategic objective to strengthen its presence in the UK and broaden our service offering to Alternative Investment Fund Managers.
