Career Opportunity:

We are currently recruiting an Automation & AI Engineer  to join our team in the Budapest office. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional with strong technical expertise and a flexible, solutions-oriented mindset. As part of a collaborative and dynamic team, you will play a key role in driving adoption of Microsoft Copilot and delivering intelligent automation solutions across the organisation.  


Within a team, you will have the following responsibilities:

  • Lead the adoption of Microsoft Copilot capabilities across the organization, including Copilot Premium, and Copilot Studio.
  • Design and implement AI-driven solutions, including AI Agents using Copilot Studio.
  • Identify and prioritize business use cases for automation and AI-driven improvements.
  • Design, develop, and maintain automation solutions using Power Automate, Azure Automation, and Python.
  • Integrate applications and services using APIs, connectors, and middleware.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into solutions.
  • Deliver proof of concepts (PoCs) and production-ready solutions.
  • Work closely with internal teams and external partners to implement solutions.
  • Support user adoption through training and guidance.
  • Maintain documentation, process flows, and technical designs.
  • Ensure adherence to data governance, security standards, and IT best practices.
  • Monitor performance and recommend improvements.
  • Perform other job-related tasks as required.
  • Occasional international travel is expected (a few times per year).


Your skills:

  • 3–3–5 years of experience in automation, development, or Power Platform roles.
  • Strong experience with Power Platform and Microsoft Copilot ecosystem, including Copilot Studio.
  • Hands-on experience building AI Agents and AI-driven workflows is required.
  • Good technical understanding of Dynamics 365 solutions, including configuration, customisations, extensions, security roles, integrations, and environment management.
  • Strong understanding of API integrations and system connectivity.
  • Good knowledge of Azure services (Automation, Logic Apps, Functions or similar).
  • Experience with Python or similar programming language.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively. Fluency in English (written and spoken).
  • Familiarity with ITIL best practices and operating within formal support and change management frameworks.
