Faye Acosta

Faye is a senior investment services professional with over 25 years of experience supporting alternative investment managers across global markets.

Faye started her career as a Government Bond Broker Before working as a Business Development Director for a global fintech trading firm across: London, Chicago and New York. Prior to working at Centralis, Faye spent five years leading the Hedge Fund team in London for Apex Group, as part of her tenure she led the Women's Accelerator Program for external members in the UK and is an active member of Women In Finance.

Since joining Centralis, Faye works closely with fund sponsors to deliver bespoke governance, fund services, and structuring solutions, helping clients navigate regulatory complexity while scaling their operations efficiently. She specialises in building strategic relationships with asset managers, institutional investors, and intermediaries across private equity, private credit, real assets, and other alternative strategies.

Known for her client‑centric approach, Faye brings a strong commercial perspective and a deep understanding of the evolving alternatives landscape, enabling her to support clients as they adapt to institutional investor expectations and global regulatory developments. She partners with managers across the fund lifecycle, from launch through to maturation and expansion.
