Lisa has over 20 years’ of leadership experience in corporate and accounting outsourced services for multinational clients. Lisa is based in Ireland but has experience servicing SPVs globally. Beyond leading core operational delivery, she frequently serves on client boards across key financial sectors, including Aviation and Capital Markets—ensuring rigorous governance, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency.

As a specialist in aviation service delivery, Lisa supports leading aircraft lessors throughout their lifecycle, from operational setup to ongoing administration. A key highlight of her career includes leading the data migration and operational service setup for the $7.3B sale of a top-four global aircraft lessor involving 206 aircraft. Following the acquisition, she led the team providing ongoing lease administration, reporting, and portfolio management services, ensuring seamless operational continuity until the client successfully transitioned the functions in-house.

Throughout her career, Lisa has held senior leadership positions, most recently as Global Head of Capital Markets, where she was responsible for service delivery, product development and managing client relationships across multiple jurisdictions for her Aviation and Capital Market clients.
