Mark Hooton

Mark has spent over twenty years working in financial services, focused on illiquid asset classes including private equity, real estate, debt etc. and the provision of related services. Mark commenced his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers where he worked across various financial services clients before joining Gentoo Fund Services in 2011. At Gentoo, Mark was Head Finance Director including responsibility for IT systems and internal controls as well as the establishment of Gentoo Depositary Services prior to the sale of the business in 2017. Mark was then CFO at the Pension SuperFund before co-founding Admina Fund Services in February 2022, now part of the Centralis Group, as a fund administrator focused on delivering high quality service to its clients.
