He worked for a US-based real estate advisor for over 18 years, specializing in private equity real estate funds and public real estate investment trusts, investing in the US and Latin America. Leveraging his significant experience in private equity and real estate, Scot launched his own fund services in 2015, focusing on managing accounting, finance, Treasury & Debt Capital Markets and tax responsibilities for his clients. Scot built an extensive client base including fund advisors with investments in the US and Latin America with their clients ranging from large institutional investors to high net worth individuals.
