Victor Liebregt

Victor Liebregt is Business Development Director with Centralis, based in London. He brings over 16 years of experience in the financial services industry with a proven track record in business development, client relationship management, and strategic growth across the alternative investment sector.

Throughout his career, Victor has held senior leadership, business development, and relationship management roles with leading global financial services providers, including Citco, TMF Group, Intertrust Group (now CSC), and SEI Investments. Having spent nearly a decade in New York, alongside roles in Amsterdam, Luxembourg, and London, he has developed extensive international experience supporting alternative asset managers across the world's leading financial centres.

Whilst experienced across the broader fund services landscape, much of Victor's career has been dedicated to supporting fund managers with the establishment, governance, administration, and ongoing management of the entities that underpin private markets investment strategies. Working with some of the world's leading private markets firms, he has helped launch and support investment funds, co-investment vehicles, feeder funds, carried interest vehicles, continuation structures, and other related entities throughout their lifecycle, helping clients navigate increasingly complex operational, regulatory, and investor requirements.

Victor also has significant experience operating within private equity-backed organisations, including TMF Group during its ownership by CVC Capital Partners and Intertrust Group during its ownership by Blackstone. This has provided him with valuable insight into sponsor expectations, growth strategies, and value creation initiatives.

He holds a Master's degree in Corporate and International Tax Law and combines legal, operational, and commercial expertise to help clients navigate the evolving global private markets landscape.
