Career Opportunity:

We are currently recruiting a Billing Officer for our Budapest office. The successful candidate might have rapid growing opportunities to set up and grow the TA team, so they might be willing to take on a people manager role at some point in the near future. 

Within a team, you will have the following responsibilities:

  • Efficiently manage and monitor accounts receivable to ensure timely collection of payments
  • Contact customers regarding overdue payments, resolve payment discrepancies
  • Generate regular reports on cash collection
  • Provide support for billing processes, including generating and issuing accurate invoices to clients
  • Verify billing accuracy, resolve discrepancies, and communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure billing consistency
  • Maintain organised and up-to-date records of customer payments, billing activities, and communication
  • Collaborate with colleagues in finance, customer service, and sales to ensure seamless coordination and customer satisfaction

Your skills:

  • Minimum 2 years professional experience in similar role
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, any additional language will be considered as a plus
  • Capacity to build positive relationships with clients to facilitate smooth communication regarding payments and billing inquiries
  • Experience of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and accounting software 
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong motivation to work in a quickly growing, dynamic and challenging environment
  • Valid work permit for Hungary
