Career Opportunity:

We are currently recruiting a Tax Consultant for our Belfast office. The successful candidate will get exposure to general Corporation and Private Client Tax work. The role offers an opportunity to gain experience in such areas as Limited Liability Partnerships, Close Companies, Offshore Funds, the Investment Manager Exemption and other aspects of asset management tax.

Within a team, you will have the following responsibilities:

• Prepare and assist in the preparation of tax computations and returns (and related partnership returns) within statutory deadlines
• Prepare and assist in the preparation of some year-end tax provisioning calculations
• Provide support to members of the tax team as required

Your skills:

• University degree 
• For the school-leaver applicants, A-Level standard education is mandatory 
• Experience of Microsoft Office, especially in Excel
• Good interpersonal skills to work effectively with colleagues and clients
• High levels of commitment to both on-the-job development and study towards professional qualifications
