Our Head of Prudential, Mike Chambers recently took part in HFM's Virtual Symposium, where he outlined the new prudential regime for investment firms, due to come into effect in January 2022.

The presentation outlines the changes to capital requirements, risks (K-Factors), new ICARA process and some preparatory steps firms can be taking now to offset the impact.

Wheelhouse Advisors can offer support and guidance to firms as they consider the impact of the new regime.
