Experience

Kaltrine Lamarre is an experienced Senior Legal Counsel with a comprehensive background in financial services and international law.

With over 20 years of expertise prior to joining Centralis Group, Kaltrine acted as the lead counsel for a large bank in all Luxembourg related matters.  She was heavily involved in the restructuring of the legal entities of the firm following Brexit as well as the negotiation and execution of a large  fund administration business acquisition by the bank in Luxembourg.

A dynamic contributor as a member of key committees, Kaltrine held high influence in the Luxembourg Bankers’ Association, actively shaping regulatory matters. Extensive experience reviewing and negotiating complex agreements for major clients including implementing AIFMD and UCITS V legal frameworks for Luxembourg clients.

Kaltrine has an in-depth knowledge of investment funds, fund documents, and regulatory compliance and a proven track record in legal analysis, drafting agreements, and providing strategic legal advice. Overall, Kaltrine is a seasoned legal professional with a rich and varied background, consistently delivering strategic legal advice and driving successful outcomes.
