Sansal is a co-founder of Ferris and has extensive experience in real estate private equity gained from establishing and managing fund operations mainly in Europe. Sansal is the main contact for several key clients of Ferris, and has serviced several regulated and unregulated investment funds as advisor, member of investment committee and director.
He established, and is also leading, controllership and transaction support mandates and operational assistance to asset management firms. He has been involved in the structuring of direct investment, joint venture and development real estate transactions across central and western Europe.
Furthermore, he established Yardi Platform of Ferris and participated and led several Yardi implementation projects of leading investment management firms.
