We are currently recruiting a Billing Officer for our Hungary office. The successful candidate might have rapid growing opportunities to set up and grow.
Provide support for billing processes, including generating and issuing accurate invoices to clients
Verify billing accuracy, resolve discrepancies, and communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure billing consistency
Maintain organised and up-to-date records of customer payments, billing activities, and communication
Collaborate with colleagues in finance, customer service, and sales to ensure seamless coordination and customer satisfaction
Your skills
Minimum 2 years professional experience in similar role
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, any additional language will be considered as a plus
Capacity to build positive relationships with clients to facilitate smooth communication regarding payments and billing inquiries
Experience of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and accounting software
Strong organizational skills
Strong motivation to work in a quickly growing, dynamic and challenging environment
Valid work permit for Hungary
