We are currently recruiting a Group Talent Manager (Maternity cover - 1 year) based in London. This is a strategic leadership role focused on driving recruitment excellence across multiple markets, including Switzerland and Luxembourg.
Lead the Talent Acquisition Team: Provide guidance, mentorship, and operational oversight to ensure high performance and collaboration
Develop Market Strategies: Design and implement innovative talent acquisition strategies tailored to international markets, with a strong focus on Switzerland and Luxembourg
Recruitment for Leadership Roles: Oversee and actively participate in hiring for senior executive positions, ensuring a seamless candidate experience
ATS Implementation: Drive the successful implementation and optimization of Application Tracking System to enhance recruitment efficiency
Stakeholder Management: Partner with business leaders to understand workforce needs and deliver strategic talent solutions
Your skills
Proven experience in international talent acquisition and team leadership
Strong knowledge of Switzerland and Luxembourg labor markets and recruitment practices
Demonstrate ability to develop and execute market-specific strategies
Hands-on experience with ATS implementation and management
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Based in London and available for a one-year maternity cover assignment
