We are currently recruiting an Information Security Officer for our Hungary office. The successful candidate will demonstrate an eagerness to learn and have a flexible approach to their work.
As an Information Security Officer (ISO), you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining an organization's security posture to protect critical information assets and reduce potential risks. You will work closely with various departments, IT teams, and external partners to develop and enforce security policies, conduct risk assessments, and implement/manage security controls.
Manage and maintain the group's Third-Party Risk Management framework, including conducting risk assessments, coordinating with stakeholders, performing due diligence, and ensuring records are up to date.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients on information security matters, responding to inquiries and handling audit and due diligence requests.
Lead and continuously improve the organization's information security awareness program.
Support internal and external audits by providing evidence and addressing information security-related questions.
Contribute to organizational risk management by developing, implementing, and maintaining risk mitigation plans to minimize potential security breaches.
Maintain and update security policies, processes, and procedures to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
Oversee the resiliency framework, ensuring that business impact analyses, business continuity plans, and disaster recovery plans are current and regularly tested.

Communicate effectively to convey security concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Leverage hands-on experience with OneTrust (considered an asset).
Work independently and take initiative, managing priorities with minimal supervision.
