Career Opportunity:
We are currently recruiting a Accounting Assistant for our Budapest office. The successful candidate will demonstrate an eagerness to learn and have a flexible approach to their work.
You will have the following responsibilities:
- Providing administrative support to the accounting team;
- Maintain the required statutory registers and other corporate documents, track and monitor the accuracy of legal documents and corporate governance (both in hard- and softcopy forms);
- Help in preparing meeting agendas and board packs and ensuring accurate minute taking;
- Scheduling and preparing Board meetings, shareholders and other arrangements;
- Processing with legal documents including obtaining the signature
- Opening of bank accounts;
- Preparation of bank transfers;
- Ensure deadlines are met;
- Communicate with clients independently and liaise with other third parties;
- Liaising with internal compliance department and ensure clients files are up-to-date and contact the client accordingly;
- Preparation of BCL reportings;
- Preparation of periodical VAT returns;
- Liaise with the internal corporate legal team as required;
- Any other task that might be reasonably assigned by the Client Services team.
Your skills:
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in administration
- Minimum 2 years’ of experience in domiciliation, fiduciary or PSF
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
- Advanced experience of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Ability to work under pressure, keep within tight deadlines and multi-task
- Strong motivation to work in a fast growing, dynamic and challenging environment
- Valid work permit for Hungary
