Career Opportunity:

We are currently recruiting a Private Client Tax Consultant for our Belfast Office. The successful candidate will demonstrate an eagerness to learn and have a flexible approach to their work. 

You will have the following responsibilities:

• Preparation and submission of Personal Tax Returns.
• Carry out tax research and summarise findings.
• LiaisE with HMRC, as necessary.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients and colleagues.

Your skills:

• You will ideally be looking for part-time (3 days a week) position in tax compliance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to prepare and present accurate, effective, complete and easily understood pieces of work.
• Strong PC skills and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Accurate typing and data entry skills.
• Ability to work independently and to deadlines.
• Ability to work in a team and show drive and enthusiasm to learn new skills and assume additional or new responsibilities readily.
• Ideally prior knowledge and use of CCH Personal Tax.
• Valid work permit for UK.
